Product information
Prints are made on FujiFilm Professional digital photographic paper or FujiFilm Crystal Archive photographic paper. They have a fade resistance rating of 150 years.

Products are available mounted on hand-cut ivory mount board, or in quality brushed aluminium frames which have been chosen to complement the images.

Payment methods
The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. All payment transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers by our e-commerce provider, Paypal. It is not necessary to be a Paypal member to complete the transaction and Rupert Holmes Photography does not have access to your credit or debit card details at any time.

Delivery
Most customers receive their purchases within 7-10 days of an order being placed, however, deliveries cannot be guaranteed within 30 days, except by prior agreement. Please contact us if your order is of an urgent nature – we will do whatever we can to accommodate your needs.

After receiving an order we will email you with an estimated dispatch date if an item is not in stock; you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In all cases we email following dispatch, so you will know when to expect delivery of your goods.

Returns policy
We value our customers and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee, allowing you to return the item(s) for a refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
